Kat Torre

Physical Therapist, DPT, CSCS, RRCA Running Coach

Kat Torre has been passionate about fitness and health since high school, which ultimately led her to choose the path of Physical Therapy.

Kat is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a certified Graston technique specialist, certified in Functional Dry Needling, and a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).

Kat has been an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist for over 14 years. She has worked in several outpatient orthopedic settings and studied closely with a wide variety of orthopedic surgeons.

Kat’s specialties include hip, foot, and ankle injuries and post-operative recovery and running injuries.

A Specialized Approach

Kat strongly believes in a hands-on, manual therapy approach to treating dysfunction. Since no two people are the same, their movement patterns and injuries will not be either.

Kat’s passion is returning patients to their sport, whether it’s getting an athlete back on the field or helping someone return to walking and prior functional levels.

Kat’s mission is to help each patient and continually adjust their treatment plan to meet specific needs during their course of PT. She combines a wide variety of physical therapy services to achieve long-term results.
